CORRECTIVE EXERCISES LEICESTER
‘’USING STRETCHES AND EXERCISES TO ADDRESS AND CORRECT ANY IMBALANCES FOR BETTER PAIN FREE MOVEMENT.’’
Corrective Exercise is a technique that leverages an understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and in everyday life.
Corrective Exercise is used to help assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, and total body coordination.
Once the issue or issues are identified, I will write an exercise plan that addresses the problem through foam rolling, stretching, and total body exercises.
What People Are Saying
I cant recommend Kristaps enough, I’ve been training with him for approximately 6 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I needed a personal trainer to motivate me and started training with him 2 to 3 times a week, at first I just needed someone to help to strengthen me up having not exercised for a while after an injury and a couple of operations, and a lot of ailments and what i get is above and beyond a personal trainer if theres anything wrong for example a bad back he takes his time to work to fix it and improve and strengthen the area so you are in a much safer position and can enjoy the sessions and still be working hard at the same time.
Kristaps is focused on helping people to achieve their goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in so many ways weight loss, and my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session.
Importantly:
- He ensures that your technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
- He listens and does everything he can to ensure your safe from injury.
- He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
- His training is not for the faint hearted he gives you 100% and in return he expects 100% - but what's the point in paying for a trainer if your not going to try your best.
- He will help increase your confidence if you daren't do something he will help you to get over that obstacle.
Aside from all that he is a genuinely lovely person who cares for his profession and wants the best for you if you are serious about training and are prepared to give your all Kristaps is the trainer to go to.
I started training with Kristaps when my lower back were imposing me a lot of limitations, some days the pain was agony, doing simple movements as the shoelace was impossible. exercising was a big no no as simple squat was agony. Four months down the line I can now actually do exercise, I can do squats with no limitations, I can do my shoelace with no pain.
However I done some physiotherapy session with NHS there was no improvement, only when I started to work with Kristaps I started to get better.
I would highly recommend having him as your Personal Trainer, he works with you, the exercises are adjusted to your limitations but he challenges them. He cares for your progress, not just with your training but helps you with your diet giving you tips. I can tell he has a lot of knowledge and he knows exactly what he is doing. Really happy!
